How much of an income do I need to prove to be on the waiting list ? Will 12 months rent in the bank qualify for a studio?

I'm not sure of Carlton's specific policy but I think, as a general rule of thumb, your rent shouldn't be more than 20-25% of your income. I can't say for sure but if your account balance shows 12 months worth of rent, that should be sufficient.
