I am not sure what to wear other than to dress modestly. All I have at the time is black modest clothing and I hope that it is okay. I have tried to call & didn't hear back. So, I hope I am welcomed with open arms.

You always will be welcome. Dress business casual is enough.

I have never heard of a dress code at this Temple or any other Conservative Temple . This Is a very friendly atmosphere.

Temple Israel is very relaxed in dress. If you only have black, come in black. If you have nice skirt/ slacks in any color, come as you are. You will not be turned away for wearing shorts and a t shirt, if that's what you have. It is a conservative synagogue, but open to those who need a place to observe.
