Representatives at “ The Watermark at Vistawilla” in Winter Springs, FL have provided outstanding services for my brother who is a resident in the community. I want to give special THANKS to the first staff member I had the opportunity to meet, Ms. Carmen Rivera (Sales Director). She made what appeared to be at first a complex application process very simple. She reviewed each step with patience, answering each question I asked; explaining each and every detail, ensuring I understood each term and process. She set up Zoom meetings to assist in the health needs evaluation of my brother. She provided too many Servies to list here, the bottom line — she is great at what she does — and credit to the Watermark organization. In addition to the many contributions Ms. Rivera made to my brother’s during in processing procedure. She continued to monitor his transition to his new home, always asking me “ How are things going for your brother and what can she do to provide additional assistance to our family ( Service after the Sale), which is what all professionals do to guarantee the assurance of the Very Best Products and Services. This community is fantastic. The employees truly care about the residents, and it shows with their extra attention to detail. My mother stays here and loves it so much.
