A negative rapid COVID test the day of your appt or a negative PCR in the last 48-72 hours is needed before doing pulmonary testing. Not required otherwise.
Mask are required. Covid tests are required if you need to go maskless for tests, ie breathing tests. This is what I was told by reception. They are short short staffed atm heads up.
No. But masks are required and no more than 1 person can come with you if need be. If you haven't been seen, unless you have a rash near your eyes, it may take awhile to get in.
