There are never any openings. Have to go and wait in the lobby for any cancelations and probably never been seen anyway. I suggest getting seen anywhere else.

The clinic claims they are so bust they cannot open schedules. Routine dental care gets ignored. Nicole said I could transfer to the valley. Why pay for horrible service as a customer owner. Why are needs not being met. Highly disappointed. Management didn't return my call & they left me hold hold. They gave a referral to 7985 e 16th Ave & Jennifer said they weren't taking referrals from SFC and hung up. 8/12/22 I was able to see Dr. Craig as a walk-in. Great dentist fixed my chipped tooth. Great learning experience. Thank you for your kind service to the Anchorage community.

They told me it would take 2 months to hear back from Medicaid about my daughter's braces!! It's been 3 months and I had to call 2 times just to get an update and they told be it would be another 2 months. This is LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! If they would have just told me 5 month wait from the beginning I wouldn't be so upset right now!! I should have just took my daughter to another Orthodonist who accepts medicaid! Update: its now been 7 months I left another voicemail, no one has called, and I'm afraid my daughter will get a cavity by the time they get to us!

I called two times and waited over 2 hours for someone to answer. When they finally answer they couldn’t see their schedule to help me for a dental walk in. I walk in to check for a dental walk in, and their system was down. So disappointing.

If your Alaskan Native or American Indian you'd be able to make an appointment or do a stand by appointment. But if your not AK Native/AI I'd suggest another facility in Anchorage.
Your best bet is probably walk in to dental during business hours. In the mean time, you could try dental wax (ortho wax) or sugarless chewing gum from a commercial pharmacy to cover the sharp part.
Yes, but you may have to wait to be seen depending on how busy we are
