First time going and it was a positive and excellent experience. The staff (Donna, Elizabeth and Ann Marie) were all wonderful. Very friendly, patient, caring and professional. Dr. Stokes was wonderful. Really made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She was very friendly and did a very thorough exam. I will definitely be going back for all future appointments. My only concern was that I was surprised that I had to pay for my new glasses in full. Other offices have you pay 50% at time of exam and the balance when you pick up your glasses. That will not deter me from using them in the future though.

The new facility is amazing! Dr. Zervas is very attentive and personable. She was also quick to identify an eye infection I believed to be seasonal dryness and get me a prescription to clear it up quick. The staff is very friendly, I would never think to go anywhere else
