Went in for a cleaning, check up and to see why my tooth was hurting. Had x-rays, Dr came in, stood behind me the whole time. Looked at x-rays, told me within 5 minutes time I needed 3 crowns and if I had questions then left. Never faced me, talked standing behind me. Then I was sent up front to go over payment. Never had cleaning done.

I felt tingling and burning in my mouth from just using hand held x ray machine and then from teeth cleaning
