Wondering what the number of houses will be in JB Ranch when finished, what percentage is already built, and whether there nis a hot tub at the pool. Also, will there be just one pool and clubhouse?

Hi Missy, Thank you for your inquiry. D.R. Horton will be building 346 lots in JB Ranch, in which approx. 35% have been built/are in the construction process. Unfortunately there is no hot tub at the pool. Thank you!

I believe we saw a hot tub there, but be sure to checkout On Top of the World a few miles away. We prefer their amenities and constriction. Michael Schaffer is a buyer friendly salesperson.

That I honestly could not say about the hot tub but construction part of it is probably only a quarter or maybe a little bit more done at the moment
