If you don't want an oversized, raucous retirement community based on drinking, this is it! Quiet enough to be home, with plenty of activities. Really well constructed homes. We like it so much that we escaped from the oversized place and bought here.

It's a nice community but the owner doesn't care about the amenities and now the community is getting to big for the amenities that are here

No lots of snowbirds here, but this is a very nice senior community. There is rv parking but it's exclusive to our community. Home are from the low 90s to about 400,000
