I went to visit to do my videos for my real tor page, the community is absolutely beautiful, and their homes are gorgeous, the finishes are like no other.

Personally I don't think you'll be happy with just 10k in upgrades, after they tantalize you with their perks. You will have to be steadfast in your convictions. To stay within your budget. The technical questions, You need to speak with their builders about to be sure.

You cannot build with your own plans. The builder is Shea Homes. The fees are 429 per month including lawn care, wifi and cable plus the clubhouse, golf etc.
Upon purchasing a new home in Trilogy, does the homeowner own the land (or lot) or is Trilogy similar to On Top of the World, where they have a 99-year land lease?
