I know you can walk in to drop paperwork off, but I'm not sure about a new card.
They issue cards on certain days of the week. Call you branch before you go and try to get an appointment bc they leave at 3pm
You can just walk in. But I think there are certain days you can pick up a new card. Not sure what the days are but I would check before heading up there.
