I'm having the same problem-my pkg left Denver 12-10& sitting in Jacksonville distribution center since 13th. No cus service! I sent emails&claim, nothing! How can they get away with this?

I live in Denver..that's why I mailed my package...if I knew about this I would hv never trusted USPS.
