Not much, I think it has to do with being such an old complex they actually have thicker walls than new apartments today. Everything else is old as hell.... I recommend you get the 2/2 that has the bedrooms on the top floor.
Yes this place is as old as they come. But , I live in the 2- 2 upstairs and every once in a while i play my music loud and have had not complaint.
Go somewhere else, place has gone downhill
