Take your car and seat to any fire station. They install for free. Many JSO officers are Fathers but I think only Fire and Rescue is authorized to install them/make sure it's installed correctly.

Just saw an illegal detainment on YouTube. Why do your officers not understand photography is not a crime or that "failure to IID" without a crime having been committed is not a lwaful charge? Please educate them better.
