Because they're fat and lazy and have nothing better else to do than to mess with and harrass innocent people and put some in jail just to get the revenue... Also aside from that... Did you know if you're pulled over and have done NOTHING wrong... You DO NOT have to give the cop your ID/Drivers license..... And you DO NOT have to answer any of his questions... Just request his supervisor to come and explain the situation to the supervisor....
