I have a 27yr old daughter that has stolen her fathers bank card and put us in debt of $ 674.25. Mind you she use to take her father to the doctor when she lived with us on a regular basis. Her last visit I noticed $ missing. Can I press charges?

Identify theft unless the daughter had the PIN number... which she would only know unless it was given to her
