Really good for a chain restaurant

Better than IHOP, and far better than Denny's. If you've had Marie Callender's, they're very similar - they're the same company now.

I prefer Perkins over Dennys and IHOP

Depends on what you think is "good." Some items are spot on with flavor, texture, temperature, and quality. Others, not so much.

Perkins breakfast is great, but the items the serve later seem worse in quality.
