This dealership was not interested at all in providing assistance/service to a new customer. I called to bring my brand new (less than one year) car in because I was getting a warning light, loud noise, and problem with steering. I was told that it would be 3 days before they could look at it. I wanted to bring it today to at least see if it was safe to drive for 3 more days. He didn’t know if that was possible or how long it would take . They do not offer courtesy vehicles, and he said he didn’t even think that there were any rental cars available in the area. He suggested that I call the dealer that I purchased the car from, that they may be able to do more for me. That shouldn’t be the answer you give to someone who could have potentially bought their next car from you.

Updated to respond to the business: a $60,000 Lincoln purchase was made somewhere other than your dealership because of this. Respectfully, the purpose of test driving is to make a purchase. Unable to test drive a car on the lot (with a perfect driving record and clean license). Making substantial purchases, I (and most people) would require a test drive.

Could not ask for a better group of guys from the initial contact to the end of the deal ..exceptional service.. if anyone is looking for a new Cadillac that is the only place I would ever recommend they are the best..
