As Russ said , $165 which common areas and your home were being cut for grass the pool the exercise facility tennis horseshoe Court and 120 clubs we also have two separate holes for meetings one that will hold about 200 of the other one about 350. Please note that we are voting on community cable TV which will be 300mbs and 200 channels at $52 additional when should start sometime in January or so this is about 150 less and if you buy cable internet yourself. We also have a golf right Grill which serves unlimited menu and 27 holes of golf would you pay additional for. It's a beautiful community of 1200 homes and the people of the nicest here, please note we have a small section of town homes which include maintenance on the homes which are slightly different for the HOA
