I’m usually the last person to complain and leave a negative review but it felt like it needed to be said. I decided to try and look for a new loctitian and decided to try here. I’m not sure if it was just the stylist that was bad or what. But she was very unnecessary rough with my hair, didn’t even part my hair correctly, just separated and twisted and ended up leaving strands of hair untwisted, did ask what style I wanted just picked one, the braid style was half done, still had a handful of locs unbraided in the back. It was honestly a waste of a retwist I could have done what she did myself. I won’t say names but she was a younger girl.

A wonderful warm and relaxing experience. My hair feels and looks fabulous. But for me the best part was the way I was looked after. So much thought, care and love shown, Exceptional .. especially as this was on a visit to Orlando and not my usual stylist. Simone you are a genius!!!! Wish you were closer to the UK!! thank you 😊😊😊

A great atmosphere on entrance as I took my wife and daughter to have their hair Syed and styled. Customer service was of the highest quality and even provided a Prayer Room with a massaging recliner to sit on while I waited for them. Very, very pleasing results, my wife, daughter, and myself were all extremely delighted by their new hairstyles, and I loved how the owner, Simone, celebrated each client by taking photos of the finished look and complimenting them in the process. I would certainly recommend this salon, who are in the process of expanding next door to a bigger and better premises.
