I have been there before and breakfast was good, today IHOP outshines Perkins. Coffee was not good, figured if I doctored it, maybe would be better (Wrong). Pancakes not good and scrambled eggs dry. Atmosphere was very warm in main dining area thank God I wasn't sitting in back dining area I would of had to leave. Srvc was fair and she done well, looked like she was swinging it herself.

Perkins has always been my choice, especially for breakfast!! The choices are always good!! The service is spot on and on Monday’s you get a free piece of your choice of pie and a muffin if you order the meal with a muffin as a choice! Free, free, free!!
