Awesome experience. I just bought a car from Carvana. There were questions about the brakes. This Pep Boys was a partner with their warranty company Silver Rock. The staff was very helpful and took care of everything for me. After looking at what needed to be done, they made the calls to the warranty company and made sure it was covered. Extremely pleased and would recommend.

Bought 4 tires….3 had a born on week of 1022 (10th week of 2022) The 4th tire was manufactured 3920 (39th week of 2020) I paid for 4 new tires & got a two year old tire for one of them. Not too happy, Dave

DONT GET SCAMMED BY THEM! I have been to this pep boys on numerous occasions and always felt I was being massively overcharged. When I first got my car I brought to them for a high mileage, 10k mile top of the line oil change. Fast forward approx 2k miles and my engine is making horrible noises and when I brought into a different mechanic, he tells me there is not a single drop of oil in my car and he is shocked it made it down the road. He shows me the dipstick and true enough, there is not a single shred of any oil. When I asked pep boys to check the oil since my light was on he told me 1- the dipstick is broken. Well they were the last to touch it soo..? And 2- don’t pay attention to the check oil light bc older cars still do that at a couple thousand miles but to disregard. This could have and potentially did cause huge damage to my car and me. I’m done being scammed by these scammers, take your cars elsewhere. Oh, and while in the waiting room at my new mechanic, another man overheard my convo about pep boys and shared his own scamming experience when they tried telling him his struts needed replacing, only for him to find out his truck doesn’t even have struts.
