How many times has that happened to you there? It may have been this one time, but try it at the same time another fay and see if the timing is better. Who knows they may have been having trouble with a machine.
Only place in area open 24 hrs for American cuisine, 10 cars is an exaggeration. Drive thru isn't long enough for 10 cars.

Because this location is terrible I waited in front of the drive through order area for over 10 minutes. Me and my wife were the only ones in the drive through at the time. We pulled up to the order pick up window and found two workers chatting about sneakers.
What time did you go I know this location is popular with the smoke crowed from 10pm till around 2am.
So you basically went during late night rush when the drunks leaving the bar hit (u do realize ur in old town to top it all...right?) who can't seem to figure out their order &/or have huge orders (which is ALL cooked fresh btw)...do u have any personal experience working in fast food? I can tell u for sure Jack has 1 of the most extensive menus available! Besides how many times have you had GREAT service? Out of ALL those times how many times have u made the effort to voice that experience? If only people were as quick to praise as they are to complain...
