(Updated) I still think it is expensive and overrated but I tried it recently and it isn’t that bad. Still expensive but every once in a while it is good. Also, my brother eats gluten-free and he can eat grilled chicken that is not breaded and some salads. I think they should add some more gluten free options,

A WHOLE BUG IN MY COBB SALAD 😩 I don’t know how I will ever recover from the emotional trauma of almost eating this mega bug. I unfortunately will never be able to return to this Chick-fil-A again. I come here often.. who knows how many bugs I’ve eaten without noticing. When I called to tell them about the incident the gentlemen I spoke to didn’t sound too concerned or surprised. He did apologize. I requested a refund & he obliged although I feel more should have been done seeing as I spent my time to drive there so I could have my lunch and ended up not having lunch at all. Tragic. Definitely check your food before eating anything from here.

Great food, friendly employees but the curbside pick up took about 15 minutes. We saw cars going through drive through faster than our service. From now on, we'll just use the drive through. Surprisingly, it's faster than ordering ahead.

Since when is it ok to park in handicap without displaying a handicap place card or tag? When I informed the young adult, he said it ok he works there and his manager tells him to. When I asked him to get the manager, he gave me the piece sign and told me to get over it.
