My wife just left there at 9 o’clock ordered four meals that mean she gets four drinks with the lady just handed her separately my wife asked for a cupholder she gives her one but while she’s handing it to her dumped all the drinks into my car on my wife and acts like nothing happened did the same thing with the blizzards no apology all of our food is called when my wife got home who by the way I came home crying because she was so frustrated now they will not answer the phone so I can go get my refund but that’s OK I will be there in the morning so they can pay for pouring soda all in my Lexus they need to do a drug test because everyone up there acts like they are on Percocets

Absolutely horrible service... The time on our receipt is 457pm.... it's currently 530 and we STILL HAVEN'T gotten our ice cream.... yes... that's it.. Ice cream... specifically 4 blizzards and 2 brownie sundae's.... not to mention that 2 of my kids couldn't get girl scout blizzards because they didn't have the correct ice cream... Please explain to me how it takes over 30 minutes for that? We chose this location instead of the Cold Stone Creamery down the street because they take long..... we should've went there instead.. Just went to the register and looked.. our ice cream is sitting there... melting... I asked for a manager, expressed my displeasure... they finally brought it.. except the sundae's because the ice cream literally melted They JUST brought our ice cream, except the sundae's at 543

FREE CONE DAY (3/21/22) is drive-thru only. Reason for 1 star is there is NO SIGN on any where stating this. Also, we waited in the drive-thru line for 20 min, only with 2 cars in front of us and NO ONE waiting inside.

I brought my daughter here for her bday today, this was our last stop from trying to make her day special, went through drive through to get her a good dessert, I got her a triple chocolate brownie and I got a strawberry sundae, when she started eating it she said “ mom this has a hair” so I didn’t go back because there was a long line, so I gave her mine but she just tasted a little and then didn’t want it and closed it back. When I got home I opened it and here we go, a hair in mine too. That just ruined it. I’m so disappointed, workers there need to wear a hair net, if you know you be shedding hair, wear a hair net please, because this is disgusting!!

You posted in the questions section not the review section. All fast food places have variance within reason. One experience is not enough to judge by, but if the consistently give small portions then go somewhere else. I can tell you ive had both large and small portio s here and i agree with you they need better standardization
I believe the price is back to normal - I think it is $3.59
They are a small franchise not a corporate location. They might have been trying to "save labor" Also hours vary by season and the maps might not have been updated.
