Yes, there are two covered picnic pavilions. One of them has grills and multiple tables. There is also another picnic table that is not covered.
Yes you can do that out there that's a fast response. I wonder if they get all the questions answered about a place
Not sure but you can always bring a blanket, I think there are benches but I am not positive
