How do I pay for a year round pass?

I would get one, if they have them, from either Huguenot or Hanna, both are COJ parks. I have not checked, but if they have them, I would think they would be accessible online.

I imagine you can pay online. When we go camping we usually just go to the website and pay for whenever we want to stay and pick the campsite as well
