Why do we have to sit in a very cold dining room . We've asked them to change the temperature every time we come and each time they say that they are hot so if we want to eat here we need to put up with it. I will not return inside just go drive thru

They have people constantly going in and out because the 711 so they try to keep the air on to keep it semi cool in there?

You like wearing sweaters move to Canada i dont go into an establishment and pay for something and not enjoy my stay there if its too hot in the kitchen then get a fan but it should always be customer first.

They have people going in and out all Day long. When you go in from the outside it is warmer outside than inside and so you feel the AC on.

I agree. I have been in that dunkin donuts several times and It is always Freezing. No reason for it.

They work with those big ovens and are always hot. & friers. It's hot back there, they do some of there baking at there kitchen too, so it's hot. And the cold kills the germ. I rather sit there enjoying my yummy x-large hot coffee with a sweater on then it being hot and me catching some unidentified germ. Other restaurants are cold too. Hospitals are cold, doctors office are cold same reason so people won't catch any germs. We have to be careful with this terrible flu. They're being cautious and protective of the customers. 💖
