I went to this race track this morning on May 6th at around 4:30 the person that took care of the very rule has a bad attitude I believe she is a A Manager RaceTrac needs to re-evaluate this manager

So this is the experience today with Nick the shift Manager. He didn't tell the girl in front of me that her transaction had gone through and was completed. She just stood there waiting for confirmation from him while he started having a conversation with an employee. Then when she finally asked if it went through ok he just said "uh yeah" and she even was like "wow, ok" and walked away. Then when it was my turn he didn't greet me just rang up my food. He rang my 2 chicken rollers up as 2 Nathan hot dogs. I tried to tell him what it was and he just said "yeah". Which isnt a big deal but his enthusiasm towards customers is definitely missing all the way. Especially for him being management. But he just continued talking to his employee. I said thank you after being rung up and he ignored me. I just think that you should be mastered in customer service before even being allowed to get into a management position. And my "opinion" is that he may need some revaluating and a bit more training under his belt. - Sincerely a fellow neighborhood business owner.
