Only up to 4 people can stay, you must have no evictions, and make 2x the rent, if I'm not mistaking you need 6 most recent paystubs but your w2 from this year should do. Application fee is $25 per adult, rent is $750 includes (electric, water, trash, cable, WiFi) deposit is also the same as the rent

The internet included with your rent is ok but not always dependable. I have a 32 in tv and it streams that just fine most of the time. But my tablet...not even a laptop or computer, but it rarely keeps a stable connection so I have to use my phones hotspot to use my tablet. If your at home work requires stable, reliable, dependable internet you should probably upgrade and pay for it.

Are pets allowed. If so Jay is the pet fee. I'm at home suits and paid 150. One time fee. I have a really nice cat fixed , shots and well mannered and lazy. It would be my Mom and I. We have our own funishings.

yes they allow pets and i suggest apply for the second floor you hear everything on the first.
the studio is empty you have to furnish it, it does come with fridge and plug in stove

No, it's an studio apartment just the fridge, microwave and small stove.
You Need to come to the 8600 W Irlo Bonson Hwy. Kissimee to the front desk and Speak to Frank. Call the number first. Sometimes they dont answer because they have multiple properties and they are renovating the hall property But keep calling till they answer.
We have the basic utilities included, but no cable yet. If you want faster/more reliable internet, you will have to order it. Hopefully we will have cable soon....The apartments are still in the beginning stages.
