Absolute worst electric service I’ve ever had. $340 deposit!!! Are you kidding me my credit is not that bad. Where ever you are getting your information for the deposit is a joke. Worked to split the deposit Up half in store when they told me I have to pay a ridiculous $340 deposit. And half later when the next bill came. Got the first bill almost 2 months later didn’t even think of the deposit money owed they didn’t even bother to include it on there to show me I still owed them money. Now a additional 2 months go buy get my bills still never showed anything on there about the deposit just my normal electric bill. Revived a email from KUA that the account was very delinquent and needed attention please call. Spoke to a lady who couldn’t not find the deposit at first and kept saying I just owe them money go for electric but I’ve paid all my bills up to date. Puts me and hold and speaks to a supervisor come back 5 minutes later and explains that the money I paid for both my bills never actually went to my bill but to my deposit I still owed and was un aware about being it wasn’t printed anywhere on my statements. She told me something got messed up and they took all my payments towards the deposit instead of the actual bill. But it wasn’t printed on there so she told me it’s my fault that I didn’t call and setup a payment arrangement. That’s really crazy to tell someone that they should of called about something they had no idea about. Then only give them 10 days to come up with the money. Not liking KUA one bit at all so far. Never had any issues with DUKE ENERGY.

Electricity is getting higher, the price of a 2-bedroom apartment for 2 people up to $250 dollars and the other person sleeps in my room 🤔

This company only cares about charging the customers more. For the past couple months, their price has gone so much that it's not even funny. We need a replacement before they drain our bank account. That is really crazy. Even if my usage this month is less than last month, my current electric bill comes higher than last month. Unbelievable!!!

Worse company of all time. Costumer Service sucks! They are rude and dont know how to talk to people! When you ask a question they answer with a smart comment and making you feel stupid.

My home lost power around 6pm, it hasn't been restored yet. They never take this long to repair service even in worse storms, I figure it will be up an running soon...its 7:15pm.
I believe you have to say something BEFORE you fill the pool, so your water bill will not ne courageously high...I. believe they have a program for home owners with pools...but not sure...I would definitely call and ask.

The KUA HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY EVER.
I found out that I as owner was. But I called electric company and the guy was in a good mood and did it as a courtesy but he informed me power company isn't responsible.
Ask a neighbor. Most of the time you dont have a choice. Utility companies monopolize sections of the state and no other provider is allowed. It should be illegal but thats the way it is.
They never give you direct answers with specific details of anything. Im in 34746 and they say theyve restored power to all but 5000 people. I asked where the crews were and they said they couldnt give me that information. All K.U.A. cares about is money.
