The store was closed due to a security wall needing to be fixed. The tech person was there to fix it but found no employees to help him into the store.

Do yourself a favor and don't get Verizon. Their customer service is awful. I had a terrible experience at this specific location, customer service is not their number one priority they just want to sell and make numbers. If you ever make the mistake of going there make sure you are aware of everything you're getting into, because they'll literally charge you for everything, and charge you some ridiculously high prices.

This is by far the best Verizon store I've been to. Was on vacation from NJ and my wife's phone broke. The young man who helped us was awesome! He was friendly and took the time to explain everything. The manager of this store was just as friendly. You can tell they take customer service very seriously. After they fixed the phone we talked for a bit from baseball to Disney World. Can't thank these guys enough.

Poor service, especially for Latino customers
I would call the store. Usually they have products from zagg for screen protectors you can order online and have a warranty.
