I work the TPC tournament and yes its open to the public but I'm not sure about during the tournament. I'm also not sure about the best time of year to plan something like this. I guess that would depend on the person and what thay are interested in. Hope this helps.........

If you love golf next week is the best week to go. The Players Championship runs from 3-12 to 3-17.
