Maybe they had a Bad Day...Things happens..
I understand bad days but I don't think every time is a bad day. I just think they don't care how they treat customers. I was taught that customers pay your salary. Without them you wouldn't have a job.
I am not sure why, but it seems like a lot of businesses hire non-people type persons to work directly with the public. Case in point, the U.S. Postal Service. So I suppose Wendy's is no different. I think part of the reason might be they can't find the right kind of person or don't want to take the time.
