On a positive note they answered the phone I talk to a live person and they did answer my questions eventually However they were rude and annoyed and kept telling me things that I knew were just not true, I never reserved a vehicle in another town then when I went to verify what she told me she was disgusted about that so I told her I’d call her back later possibly then she had a bunch of stuff to say in a very derogatory tone about that just saying… If you don’t like your job maybe look for another line of work? And if you’re already that short and annoyed at 9:30 AM what are you gonna be like by 6 PM just asking??? And when you give somebody your credit card number after them talking to you like that not being sure if they were competent???

I rented a 15’ truck on the 28th and did not have any issues, however I needed an extra day so I rented a cargo van the following day, on July 29th. I loaded up all my things and as I an on my way to my destination, I noticed cockroaches on the passenger seat. I tried to move my things off the seat but when I arrived to my destination, the seat was infested with cockroaches in between the seat and backrest. I opened the side doors and saw cockroaches crawling on the floor. I contacted Uhaul immediately and all they did was refund me for the truck. I still had to pay over $70 in mileage and gas. I’m all moved into my apt now and there’s cockroaches crawling out of my boxes. I’m absolutely upset that my items, including clothing, have been affected.
