I Have left (4) four messages from September 13th to the 18th no response from you! on your voicemail Mr. Bruce Johnson please return my call!!!! Issues at hand 2016. Ford F-150 Used Ford truck That hurts to drive because the drivers seat is deteriorated! and I’m going to have to goto Therapy for my hip! There were 1 of 3 conditions when I agreed to purchased vehicle to be taken care of! None have been taken care of at this moment! No calls from Jake ? the salesman to schedule ??? he said it was gonna be done on the 16th ! And a full detail!? I paid a pre-delivery service charge of $799 The truck is beautiful however it is full of dog hair and stains all over the seats! Was never cleaned! I’m not sure why I was charge $799 for a dirty truck? oil change done nothing else! There were three things to be handled when I purchased this truck I requested before I purchased!!! 1) fix the Drivers seat ( replace Pad ) 2) Remove Dent on passenger side hood! 3) Replace tailgate cover over the ladder that’s missing. I’m still waiting for a callback! After our conversation to resolve these issues! Also please update me on the extended warranty. I purchased which was $2785 was told I was going to be given a discount ! Lol with a $500 deductible which I did not agree to! I did agree to the $2785 with $100 Deductible otherwise useless to me. All gross profit dollars for the dealer not the customers benefit!!! I live in Cocoa Florida most of the time that’s a long ways away your dealership! And probably be in Texas for several months. I don’t think a $500 deductible Will benefit help me if I’m that far away! Should’ve got had a four year 48,000 miles for $3125 With no deductible! Seems only selling warranties with gross profit for the dealership and the salesman and the sales managers not benefit consumers! Now we’ll see if you fix it!? I know you had stepped out of town or state to go to Las Vegas for 3 three days Hopefully you made it back safe! have not heard from you! I’m sure this is the reason why we haven’t communicated I hope you will contact me ASAP! So we can resolve these Issues immediately! Hopefully I won’t have to have to update my post any further thank you! I hope we can get this resolved in a quick Timely manner! I purchased this vehicle August 25, 2022. I’ve been patient thanks for your time! I Wish I didn’t have to spend the time again a second time to write a comment. There are many boards to post on I’ll leave it at this one for the moment. Horrific lack of service. Incompetent and gross display of customer service. I heard many worn me, however, I thought I would give it try disappointing for the name FORD, to be represented as such.

Called service dept. and got a quote for a battery replacement on a 2015 Escspe at a whopping $350. I then drove from DeLand to Mullinax, New Smyrna and got it done in about an hour for $171. I will never step foot inside your dealership ever again.
