I often run as a doordash driver and I get to see the worst of restaurants in doing so. Nothing is worse than walking in and seeing most of the employees huddled in the back talking when people are waiting both to pickup their order or get service.

After an absence of a couple of years, I finally took a chance on receiving a correct order at a Taco Bell drive thru. Imagine my surprise when I got home and found 2 of the 10 items ordered and paid for were missing!? Most fast food restaurants are sorely lacking in quality of service in recent days. You folks really need to try harder. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

I come in here and eat regularly during the mornings. The staff here are always polite and courteous. I appreciate their help and the way they treat customers. I come to this restaurant specifically for this reason. Thank you guys and thank you taco bell management.

Lobby closed due to short staffed. Drive thru line wrapped around whole building, had to wait 35min in the drive thru line to pickup my mobile order.
