The airport is open. I am there 9/13 @ 10:00am. Flights are arriving and departing, although some flights have been cancelled. Check with your airline to be sure.
Their website now says they are open for business and most airlines are resuming operations mid-morning on Wednesday. You will probably want to check with your airline to confirm.
