Short term parking in the garage makes the easiest solution. It's not taut expensive for just an hour per less. Our son parks here and meets us in Baggage Claim when we visit. (You can't go to the gate without a boarding pass anymore.)
There is a very nice cell phone lot....gas station and store...plus a wendys...best cell phone lot in southern Florida. Also short and long term parking
