Building says customer center, yet they can’t print off labels for a package. It’s the distribution hub for Jacksonville, Florida; yet can’t print a label...... that’s like going to a hospital for treatment, and not having any supplies on hand.

It's a distribution center, not a retail center. They can print any label they want... they just dont collect money there, nor the capabilities of confirming payments
