Dry load delivery. Was empty in 1 hour after appointment. They don't have OFFICIAL overnight parking BUT, I STAYED OVERNIGHT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD RIGHT BEFORE THE GATE( as well as other few trucks) . There are NO PARKING SIGNS, but nobody bothered. I asked inside of the reciving office..... can you come earlier ?..... they say chances are 50/50. If they not busy, they can take you for delivery even 24 hours In advance. But again it's 50/50. I was here 2 times. Each time I was here Way before my appointment (10-15 hours before appointment). And they never took me earlier then 1 hour before appointment. Also security told me some information for LIVE UNLOADS ONLY : you can TRY to deliver even 24 hours in advance AS LONG AS you come : between 6 am and 3 pm ( at 3pm they go home, so i guess its better to be around 2 pm), 7 days a week. But again chances are 50/50.

Welcome to the Hotel California. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. I checked in at 0730 in the morning with a 53 footer filled with pallatized drinks. DIDN'T LEAVE TILL AFTER 1600!!! Horrible!!!

Everything was fine except for waiting for paperwork for over an hour. I can actually see through the window and see my paper waiting for me but apparently they're on break. They could have called me before they went on break very inconsiderate

I come here 1:39pm my appointment was 2:00pm they off loading 2:49pm I received my paperwork 3:00pm staff was amazing porsha she is amazing her smile was another level she was happiest i meet on this trip thank you porsha

There is a section of road outside of their facility that u can park along . But BJ'S themselves doesn't have overnight parking .

I can only answer one question it's because the driver pulled away from the dock and drop the Tow Motor out the back of a truck I don't agree with having to sit in the driver's room but I understand they should make them disconnect from the trailers or either take the keys
