Left me high and dry on our home trusses after telling me they have put me in line for design and I could expect to hear back in 3-4 weeks. Followed up 4 weeks later and they said they couldn’t help because they were to busy. Wasted 4 weeks waiting to for builders instead of searching for another company to begin the build. Our sales rep couldn’t have cared less about setting us back tremendously on our build.
