I've wasted too many trips to HD garden center on Saturdays just to grab a bag of fertilizer or seed or mulch and been totally blocked out of the aisle by a group of teenagers fumbling around trying to operate a forklift or be trying to move paving stones during a busy time on a SATURDAY! so I started using Lowe's instead. I guess they stock the aisles after they close.

Everything is fine, you find everything, but their staff is not helpful when you need help, they all hide to avoid being asked, they only give you 2 or 3 answers, but they are not helpful, they leave you alone with your questions, the truth is, I left right away because they ignore you I went to lowes

Thank you. I actually thought some openers had a battery back up or something in case power out and your stuck in garage. I had this happen to me and I couldn't pull the release handle. Lol.
Lisa, You're asking Google community, not HD. I suggest you to stop a Home Depot store and talk to one of the managers at the electric section of the store, bring an old picture of what you had. Good luck!!!
