Minimum speed limit on US controlled access highways is 40 MPH. However, in central Florida, posted maximum speed limits effectively are the minimums because most traffic is going at least 5-10 MPH over the posted speed limit. For your own safety, you'll want to drive at least 60 MPH on a controlled access highway like State Road 528.
I like to travel on State Road 528. I find it to be the fastest most straight forward way to get to Kennedy Space Center. It is a toll road, get a transponder! I believe the maximum limit is 65 MPH. Not sure what your "moderate speed" is. I suggest you drive in the right hand lane only. Florida drivers, in general are very aggressive and will likely tailgate and harass you, if you drive too slowly in the left lane.
Thank you. My question is becaus I don't want to drive fast. I prefer to drive slowly (80 km / h) because I go with my family. I undertand that I have alternatives without restrictions.
Orlando has a lot of toll roads. If you are willing to pay the tolls, it's usually fast. Unless there is traffic, I would expect about 2 hours
