When I was there in August staying on a Disney property, there was an option that the hotel could provide a shuttle (or ride) at no cost, to the car care center. Maybe they have changed since then.
No, The shuttle is the center personal that drive you, not official WDW shuttles. They drop you off at transit center.
No there is not. Ride share is the only option
