All forms of ID & if you look up the Social Security website, you can go ahead and look for forms because you will be filling out name change forms. It says what you should have or bring right on that form. Just Google Social Security website and look for forms.
wouldn't know what roles to take, but if you can call the social security offices, where they serve you in your language and find an answer to your question.
