There is no better place or people to rent moving trucks and/ equipment from. The owner is an Angel - seriously and I very seldom say that above someone. The prices and vehicles are so much better than Uhaul and the others. Don't get fooled by the advertised price. For example, Uhaul may advertise a 26' truck for $58 per day; yet, they don't tell you about the mileage fees and other costs, until you go to pay and by then, it's too late to go to another company, because, all their trucks are rented. Penske has unlimited mileage, with no hidden fees and most of all, they are kind, reasonable and fair.

We rented a truck to move from fl to pa. 15 minutes down the road and the air conditioner died. Florida in July is brutal and it was a nightmare drive to pa. When we complained to penske nobody seemed to care. I guess since they already got my money, to hell with our problem. Even the main corporate penske didn't care. Your response is to simply call your service team??? I called several times and spoke to several people and not only transferred all over the place, but had to re-tell my story several times. You want me to do that yet again????? I already did!!
