Is the private room too large for a group of 10-12?

From the website: "Our private dining room has 750 square feet and seats a maximum of 50. There is a private entrance from the private dining room into the patio. A 52″ flat screen TV and HDMI/VGA cable is available for complimentary use of presentations as well for laptops. (We do not have any HDMI cables for any Apple products) Self-parking is available."

We had 24 people at one table, and there were also 2 additional tables of 8-10 available

It's a very large room. 10-12 will easily fit but the area is meant for a larger group.
