My first visit after this branch being closed for 2 years was only to get change. I was told by the greeter that THE teller was on lunch and to come back in a half an hour. So you have 1 teller in the entire branch and a greeter and a banker somewhere? I understand COVID problems and all, but this is rediculous. If there is a need for a greeter then there should definitely be at least one teller available. I hate this branch... heck I hate this bank. In response the canned reply: Quit blaming COVID for poor management!

If you're going to turn off the atm at least have the decency and courtesy to put up some out of order tape. Gas stations manage to do this all the time. Why can't you?

When we submit it $1,450 in cash they gave us a receipt of $1,250 instead. We didn't check the receipt until we got home. By the time we got home it was too late. And when we went back there they are not ready to admit the error. They have a camera but they would not allow us to view the record off that section. We hope that this can be cleared up by the end of the day
