If you are high-sensitive gluten intolerant, you shouldn't eat this pizza. It is cross contaminated "in a shared kitchen that also handles other gluten-containing ingredients." If you just want to cut out most gluten from your diet, & don't have celiac, or other gluten sensitivities, then yes, just the crust is gf. I just tried their Murphy's Combo, reg. crust, (had to use my cast iron pan on the top of my stove.) I have to say, their pizza is GREAT! (my cast iron gave it an awesome, crispy, crust!) My new favorite pizza place!
